Refund policy

All services provided by Dove Release Toronto are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered if a service is cancelled or remains incomplete solely due to a business decision made by Dove Release Toronto.

Approved refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the cancelled or incomplete service.

No refunds will be issued for client-initiated cancellations, completed services, weather-related cancellations, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

This policy forms part of and is subject to our Terms of Service.
