Shipping policy

Delivery of doves and any related Dove Release Toronto property (including but not limited to release cages, stands, baskets, crates, tables, or other equipment) is included in the service package for events located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Events held outside of our standard service area may be subject to additional delivery or travel fees. Any applicable charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.

Delivery timing is estimated and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, venue access, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Dove Release Toronto reserves the right to modify, delay, or decline service at any location where travel distance, venue restrictions, weather conditions, timing constraints, or animal welfare considerations make service impractical or unsafe. Any such modification, delay, or cancellation is governed by our Terms of Service.

Where a drop-off service option is selected, responsibility for the doves and all Dove Release Toronto property transfers to the client or designated receiver upon delivery. All ownership remains with Dove Release Toronto. Full care, release responsibility, liability limitations, and financial obligations are governed by Section 10 of our Terms of Service.

In the event of loss, damage, misuse, or failure to release under a drop-off arrangement, applicable recovery, repair, replacement, or pick-up fees may apply as outlined in our Terms of Service.
